Maxwell's equations comprise Faraday's Law, Gauss's Law, the Ampere-Maxwell Law, and Gauss's Law for magnetism. Together, these laws offer a complete description of electric and magnetic fields and their interaction. Maxwell used these equations to show that light is an electromagnetic wave, that the speed of light is not infinite, and that the Aristotelian conception of space-time that had ruled so many scientists for so many centuries was too rigid to be useful.
But of course, YOU knew that! . . . Okay, maybe you've never taken even one course in physics. This design is a great way to amuse those who did, while daunting everyone else! Plus, it's a great way to remind believers that God created science too.
